How It Works: From Design to Press

  • Upload Your Design

    Upload your PNG or PDF file with high resolution. We print exactly what you send.

    Your design is printed onto premium film using vibrant DTF inks and coated with adhesive powder.

  • Heat Press Application

    Apply with a standard heat press at 315–330°F for 30–35 seconds.

  • Cool, Peel & Done

    Let cool, peel the film, and reveal a vibrant, long-lasting print.

  • Ready to Wear

    Your design is now stretchable durable and ready for every day use.

File Formats

To ensure the best print quality, please follow these guidelines when uploading your design:


Accepted File Types: PNG (300 DPI), PDF, PSD


Color Mode: RGB or CMYK only

(Indexed or Grayscale files are not supported)


Pantone Colors:

Convert all Pantone colors to RGB or CMYK before uploading

(Pantone files will not print accurately and are not eligible for reprints)

Color Output:

Designs will print exactly as submitted

(We do not offer color matching adjustments)

    Designs are printed exactly as submitted

    (No color corrections or adjustments are made)
  • Pantone Colors:

    Must be converted to RGB or CMYK before upload

  • Bright/Neon Colors:

    May appear slightly different in print compared to screens
  • White Ink:

    Automatically applied where needed

    (No need to add white backgrounds)
  • Transparency:

    Transparent PNG files are recommended for best results
  • Backgrounds:

    If your file includes a background, select a removal option during upload

    (Additional art fee may apply)

Size Guide

Choose the size that best fits your garment and design placement:

  • Adult S/M (10x10): Ideal for smaller chest prints or fitted shirts
  • Adult L/XL (11x11): Standard size for most adult designs
  • Adult 2XL (12x12): Larger coverage for wider garments
  • Adult 3XL (13x13): Bold, oversized front designs
  • Adult 4XL (14x14): Extra large prints for maximum visibility
  • Adult 5XL (15x15): Full front coverage on big & tall apparel
  • Adult Supermax (16x20): Best for oversized designs, hoodies, or statement prints
