How DTF Printing Works

The DTF process is precise, efficient, and engineered for consistent results every time:

1. Design Printing: Your artwork is printed onto a premium PET film using high quality DTF inks.

2. Adhesive Coating: A heat-activated adhesive powder is applied to the design for strong bonding.

3. Curing: The design is cured with heat to lock in color and adhesion.

4. Heat Press Application:

   • Pre-press garment for 10 seconds.

   • Press design at 285–300°F for 12-15 seconds.

   • After Heat Press allow 10-15 seconds to cool completely, then cold peel the film to peel off for a flawless finish.

File Submission Guidelines

To ensure smooth processing and consistent results, please review the following submission requirements:

• Accepted file formats: .Png with 300dpi, PDF

• Files must be in RGB or CMYK color mode. Index or Grayscale files will not be accepted.

• No Pantone colors: Convert all Pantone colors to CMYK or RGB. Pantone-based files will not print accurately, and reprints will not be issued.

• No color matching: Colors will print as submitted.

• No background required: We automatically print white ink where necessary.

  • If your file includes a background, select “Remove White Background” or “Remove Black Background” during upload and pay the art fee.

  • Orders with unremoved backgrounds will be placed on hold until corrected.
