Return, Refund & Reprint Policy

At Hustle DTF Transfers, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. Please review our policies carefully before making a purchase. These guidelines apply to all our DTF Transfers, customized goods, and other products.


Return Policy

Returns are only accepted for customized and printed products produced by Hustle DTF Transfers, including:
βœ” Digital Marketing Goods
βœ” Apparel
βœ” Promotional Products

To qualify for a reprint, the product must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returnsfor non-custom items or DTF Transfers.


Refund Policy

🚫 No Refunds on Digital Products.
βœ” Reprints are available for misprints or quality issues.
βœ” Refunds are only issued for DTF transfer orders that were processed in error and canceled immediately via email.

Non-Refundable Items:
Products that meet approved production standards or were made using customer-approved artwork are non-refundable.

βœ” Printed & Customized Products: A reprint may be issued if a DTF Transfer product has a verified defect such as incorrect colors (specific to plastisol ink) or other production errors.
βœ” Low-Quality Uploads: Refunds will not be provided for DTF/UV Transfers if the file uploaded was of poor qualityor incorrectly formatted.


Reprint Policy

We offer reprints under the following conditions:

βœ” Print Quality Issues: If a product has defects such as adherence issues or improper finishing, a reprint will be issued at no additional cost after the item is returned.
βœ” Artwork Requirements: Reprints will not be issued for issues caused by low-quality or improperly formatted artwork submitted by the customer.
βœ” Management Approval: Reprints requested for reasons other than print quality (e.g., size errors, design modifications) require management approval and may incur additional costs.


DTF/UV Transfer Policy

When ordering DTF/UV Transfers, please keep the following in mind:

βœ” Artwork Guidelines: Your artwork must meet our specifications. Refunds or reprints will not be issued for low-quality files.
βœ” Durability: Proper application and care are required to maintain transfer quality. We are not responsible for issues caused by improper use.
βœ” Color Variance: Slight color differences due to digital printing are normal and do not qualify for refunds or reprints.


Important Notes

βœ” Custom Orders: Custom items may require additional production time. Refunds and reprints follow the same policy upon order completion.
βœ” Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your shipment is damaged or lost by the carrier, contact us immediately for assistance.
βœ” Holiday & Climate Delays: Shipping delays caused by holidays, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds or reprints.
